The Release event will be an intimate group of 8 individuals who journey through identifying what they want to heal and then receiving both individual and group healings to assist them in releasing emotional energy that is inhibiting their health and wellness goals. This can feel like  a heart opening experience; feeling lighter and more joyful.  It can also look like the disappearance of self sabotage or physical and emotional pain.  While I can't guarantee how you will experience an energy healing, I believe you will walk away buzzing and shifting in some area of your life. 

Here is What you can expect:

We will begin by getting clear on what it is that you want to heal or how you would like to grow and expand in this next chapter of life. Michelle will guide us all through brief individual healings utilizing Emotion Code and other modalities that will support the release.

As we specifically clear emotions from your body, we may also be able to tap into ancestrally passed down emotions as well as, the ages that these emotions originated in your life. This information only comes up when it is needed in order to successfully clear out old emotions. Therefore this may or may not come up for you. However, I trust the wisdom of these modalities! Whatever comes up is exactly what you need at that moment.

To end, we will move into a group blessing and healing to seal up all the energy we have shared and received during our time together.
